On Sunday we went down to Sierra Visa to celebrate my mom's 75th birthday. It was so fun. We did a surprise party for her and it actually WORKED! She had no idea. She was so shocked when she walked into Gary's house and we were all there. It was so great that everyone made a special effort to be there. It meant so much too her! She told me this morning "I can't believe all of you came to celebrate me getting old...I couldn't sleep last night, I just laid there in bed a thought about my party and was so happy!" She loved her party!!! So thanks, for all of you who traveled and helped with the dinner, and all the set-up etc. I'm soo lucky to have such a great family. I love getting to hang out with all of you.
Here is a picture of the "gang" we are missing a few who had to leave before we took the picture.
For those of you who took pictures too, PLEASE e-mail me your pictures or send me a disk...I want to put togehter a little photo album of grandma's party for her. Thanks!

Schneph Farms
We have started this little tradition of going to the Schnepf Pumpkin and Chili party out in Queen Creek. This was our second year.
Cooper was so excited to go to the "Farm" His favorite was the train, the pumpkin patch, the roller coaster, and the corn on the cob and and and...He was so excited about it all. It was fun to watch him. He couldn't do it all fast enough!
Here are some pictures. It was soo dark, that they aren't very good.

Camping
Okay, so Flint has had this itch to take the RV out "one last time before its too cold!" so we went on Sunday after church up near Payson. It was nice to go somewhere where the air is chilly and feels a little like fall. I actutally got to wear a long sleeved shirt! So we go to this place that has full hook-ups, meaning water, electricity, cable, etc...I was happy. After we get the trailor all set up I look out across the street and this donkey is looking at me. We had a good laugh that we were camped next to a donkey. We have become so used to the city that even a donkey amuses us!!! I forgot to take a picture of him! Another funny thing was that we were the only people there under 65!
Anyway on Monday we got up and decided to go for a bike ride. We found this really cool park with a lake and some great play ground equipment. Cooper was in heaven. We played at the park until noon. It was fun to get away and be outside. I love this time of the year!
Here we are on our bike...gotta love the pink beach cruiser!
Cooper with his gun and jerky...what more could a 3 year old want?

RON
Okay, so yesterday was a very sad day for us here at the Rogers house/Fotos by Flint. My brother Ron has been working for us for about nine months. He has been our main editor, this basically means he got the pictures after Flint finished a wedding and did all the color balancing and special effects. He is awesome at it. Well now he is moving on and I mean MOVING on. He is moving to Thatcher next week. He got a great job for a bank. We're excited for him to start this new chapter in his life, but we are so sad to see him leave us. I mean who is gonna play with Flint, play with Cooper and take out my trash??? Thanks for all the many, many good laughs. I mean who's gonona make fun of the ugly brides or the too pretty grooms? We are sad our best friend is moving. Love you Ron!
By the way this picture was taken one day when his hair was long and we combed out the curles into a frizzy mop! Gotta love the do.
Crazy Life!!!
My high school friend just e-mailed this video to me and I thaught this described parenthood very nicely!!! All the frustrations and precious moments of being a parent...all sung to good ol' Pachabel!
Make sure you volume is up, its not super loud!
