ps Jan I do love the ruberbands! They are great, you can do sooo much with them! Let me know if you ahve any questions or want ideas for certain muscles.
Jan, you're too funny! I was thinking it was going to be some cute home video of Cooper dancing or something. Not so much though, haha. Well great, now I have the image of a finger digging in a hairy belly button...help.
